Make sure that the worker uses proper harness and safety gears while at work. This will prevent accidents as when the workers trips, the harness and the safety gears will help him balance and hold tight to the equipment.
Of course, productivity and efficiency are things that workers are after but it is also important that the precautionary measures are observed before starting the job. In this case, no other unnecessary expenses will be incurred.
